TYKESNEW & EXPERIENCED PLAYERS Boys and Girls Ages 5-7 (stick only- loaner sticks available) -Training is designed for the new youth player looking to learn all the basic fundamentals in a short time. Sessions are reduced to fit the age and are made to be FUN! Regular schedule is Mon-Wed-Fri for 2 weeks, 6:30pm-7:30pm (6 session).
LEVEL 1 NEW PLAYERSBoys and Girls Ages 8-18 (stick only required) -Training is designed for the new lacrosse player looking to learn all the basic fundamentals in a short time. Graduates of our Level 1 training have made travel teams in the following season! Regular schedule is Mon, Wed, Fri - 6:30pm-8:30pm plus Sat 9:30-11:30 for 2 weeks (8 sessions).
NOTE:High school players brand new to lacrosse may be best served by attending 2 or 3 sessions of Level 1 or 2 training and then switching to Level 2 or 3 when they are ready. We find that high school players pick up the basic fundamentals quicker then younger players and therefore may not need the entire Level 1 or 2 clinics. Starter sticks can be purchased in our online store for $65. Our sticks are preconfigured by our trained staff to ensure success. ONLINE STORE
LEVEL 2INTERMEDIATE PLAYERS Boys AND NOW GIRLS Ages 7-15 (full equipment required)
Training is for Level 1 graduates and those players with experience. We reinforce proper techniques to ensure success of lacrosse skills. We will advance skills in preparation for the upcoming season. Each session will reinforce previous lessons and cover new topics and skills. Boys may move up to Level 3 at coach discretion. Schedule is Mon, Wed, Fri - 6:30pm-8:30pm plus Sat 9:30-11:30 for 2 weeks (8 sessions).
LEVEL 3ADVANCED PLAYERS Boys MS Ages 7-14 (full equipment required)
Training is for players with rec or travel season experience. We will train in a similar fashion to a travel team practice. We will upgrade skills and lax IQ in preparation for the upcoming season.Schedule is Mon, Wed, Fri - 6:30pm-8:30pm plus Sat 9:30-11:30 for 2 weeks (8 sessions).
